You don't need to book into classes to secure a spot, however it is a great way to schedule your classes into your week!

Tight Ass Friday 6pm Class $10.00

This means you only pay $10.00 for the class.  Of course if you have an unlimited pass with us you can use your pass as usual.



Bikram 90

The 26 & 2 Bikram method is the original healing hot yoga for beginners.  The Bikram series is a 90 minute sequence of 26 yoga poses and 2 breathing exercises performed in a heated room to systematically stretch, tone and realign your body and mind. It is safe and extremely effective for everyone no matter what kind of physical shape you're in.

Hot 45 Express

Perfect for a quick yoga fix, we do one set of each of the postures in the Bikram series.


NEW Hot Pilates

Using Pilates prin­ci­ples, Hot Pilates class is a chal­leng­ing, full body, low impact, high inten­sity work­out. It is per­formed on a yoga mat in a  'warm' room.  Hot Pilates strength­ens mus­cles and burns fat — all with­out the pound­ing of a high impact work­out. It is designed for all fit­ness levels.


Intermediate 60

A faster moving class which builds on the Bikram series. As well as the original 26 postures, Hot 60 includes sun salutations, arm balances, and additional postures to open the hips and hamstrings and work deeply into the nervous system.

Perfect if you are wanting an extra challenge, you’ll come away feeling strong, energised and grounded. 


Yin Yoga

A complimentary style of yoga where postures are held for 2 – 5 minutes allowing you to access the connective tissue, ligaments and joints. Practiced in a ‘warm’ room.

Bring an extra towel or a yoga 'block' for support.

First class please...

  • Arrive 15 minutes early
  • No booking required
  • Bring a large towel and water bottle
  • Wear comfortable clothing (nothing too loose)
  • Do not eat 2 hours before class
  • Enjoy!

Car Parking

The Top of Tory car park is only 90 minutes Free. You can Pay & Display for additional time.  Please place your parking ticket with a YFTP brochure in your car and the Parking Wardens will add your 90 minutes free to the paid time. 

2 Hour  WCC parking is available on Tory Street after 6pm.
